In Aristotelian terms, comedy comes from either an excess or a deficiency. In YouTube terms, comedy comes from housecats behaving strangely, people hurting themselves, and anyone flipping their shit over something that's not a big deal. So when that little brother screams about his WoW account and tries to anally probe himself with a remote control, it's an excess of anger that was destined to be Internet comedy gold. It led to millions of views, parodies by other people, and sequels by the kid and brother who made it in the first place. Yes, shenanigans or not, it's a hell of a web video.
