Today we celebrate those moments when someone said “I don’t know, how about a Gorilla or something.” Strange Adventures in particular seems to have some strange preoccupation with the relationship between humans and apes. All these Gorillas make for some pretty bizarre comic book covers, whether they’re covered with bombs, marrying Jimmy Olsen, or plotting the doom of mankind.

If you thought the Justice League was good then you’re going to love the “Super Golden Friends” for sure. The creator, kevinbappdotcom, wants to propose this pilot to Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim. Barring all the legal mumbo jumbo like copyright infringement and licensing nonsense, we think it’d be a great idea to make this show. It is now time to summon the forces that be. GO INTERNET! USE YOUR POWERS FOR GOOD and make this happen.
