Everyone daydreams about winning an Academy Award, and you can tell a lot about a person from the particular daydream he or she has. 

Me? I picture myself winning the award for Best Adapted Screenplay. 

It feels too arrogant to imagine winning Best Actor or Best Picture. Best Adapted Screenplay seems like a reasonable level of success to shoot for, even in fantasy. And I prefer being seen as a writer more than an actor. It seems smarter. I even prefer the idea of winning “adapted” instead of original since it feels more humble to serve an existing work. Is it just me or have these Wedding/Prom/Bar Mitzvah photo shoots on docks really started to make a name for themselves on the Interwebs? I understand that pictures by the water are majestic and all, but you’re packing 10-20 people on the skinniest most dilapidated looking docks I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t even step foot on these planks of death in a bathing suit, yet these people choose to do so while dressed in their best attire. Aren’t wedding dresses super expensive?
